Race Pack Collection

This year, race pack collection is in-person only – delivery services will not be available.

We’re pleased to share that an additional Race Pack Collection date has been added for participants who were not able to collect their packs on the 1st and 2nd November.

Race Pack Collection Information:

Please note: Race packs will only be available for collection on the specified dates. No exceptions will be made.

For special pre-arrangements, such as corporate bulk registrations or sign-ups for DBS staff and PA community partners, please reach out to your designated contact for collection details.

What to bring:

1. E-copy of participant’s confirmation email with the QR code

2. A bag for your items.

Items you will collect:

• Race bib
• Bag tag
• Parents tag (for 1.2km & 800m category)
• Race tee
• Classic Smiley Socks
• Playful Smiley Socks (for Early Bird registrants only)

Can’t make it to Race Pack Collection?

Send a representative!

Don’t panic. You can send a representative if you are not able to make it on the collection date.

You can send a friend or a family member to collect your kit on your behalf. Please be mindful of the requirements. If your representative does not have the required documents, they will not be able to collect your kit.
